Where does poverty come from?

Poverty is one of the biggest problems in the world. It is caused by the government focusing more on the rich people than the people who really need. Compared to Australia the poorest country, the republic of the Congo, make 89.43% less money. Being the second largest country in Africa and with a population of 4,125,916 it struggles to find clean drinking water and fertile soil to plant crops.

Some ways we can reduce poverty is by collecting money and clothes at school to give to people living in poverty and by telling other people around you about people living in poverty and how they can help.
